Managerial and Business Decision Making are very much influenced by macroeconomic events and environment. Government’s tax on goods and services and corporate profit, interest rate on deposit and lending, foreign currency exchange rate, wage law, inflation rate, and rise and fall in the level of demand for goods and services affect firm's decision on investment, production and pricing of output and resources of production. Taking into account this reality, Universities of the world offering management education in the undergraduate/bachelor level incorporate theories of both Microeconomics and Macroeconomics in their course. The present book Macroeconomics is prepared as per the syllabus of macroeconomics of Pokhara University for its esteemed four years BBA program. In this revised edition we have explained each of the topic in more detail. We have added worked out numerical problems and given numerical problems as an exercise. We have added enough conceptual and review questions at the end of each chapter. We have also added board exam questions of macroeconomics of Pokhara University. We have tried to give shape to the book keeping students in the center. We are hopeful that the book is equally useful for four years BBA or equivalent programs of other Universities of Nepal.
