After writing a various article on commodity derivative and corporate social responsibility on various Nepalese daily, I realized the need of book on derivative which can facilitate the Nepalese derivative professionals, traders, brokers and specially the students of this discipline. With this objective I made a mind to start-up a book on derivative and decided to categorize my book into two groups namely A and B, with five basic chapters of derivative and collection of some of my previously published articles.

After working a decade in this field directly and indirectly, I realized that there is still more and more to study. In this process I am still in the course of learning and want to introduce myself as a learner of commodity derivative. So I would like to promise all my readers that I will carry on writing various articles as well as books in a days ahead and share an experience I gather through my study.

My father Mr. janardan Pudasaini rajav who himself is a well known writer of Nepali literature is always a source of my inspiration, who always motivates me on reading various journals, articles, books and my other writings related to my field and even use to share his various experiences related to writing. I would like to dedicate my book to him and mom Meena Pudasaini, wife Usha Pudasaini, Brother Anubhav Pudasaini, Sister and brother in law Nirja and Pravin Dhahal , and my Lovely Son Aakhyan J. Pudasaini.
